I managed to login on the 1st day of launching. It was definitely a more virtual vibe compared to classic M2U. I like and support it except for the speed it was running at..:). Hope M2U team will be able to troubleshoot whatever is needed and continue to run the new M2U in the near asap future.
All the best!!

I have moved to my new place and tried to update my address thru m2u coz I was told that m2u is integrated with all accounts under the same name or ID no.. However, the alphabets’/characters’ space were not enough for my long address. Tried to make it short but still not enough. Can m2u increase the characters’ space for addresses (for both new and classic M2u).
FYI, went to one of your branch in kl to change my address in September but till now, it has yet to change. Hmmmmm… donno what happen to my request!!!!! Anyhow, kindly increase your address space pls so that i can change it virtually.

Dear Maybank2u,
I would like to suggest (strongly suggest) that M2U include a new system that allow consumer to view fund sender.Eg:Name of the account who credited my account instead of “TRANSFER TO ACC”.I owned a Sole Prop C/A and this is very difficult for me to trace which customer bank in.And this system has been implemented by CIMB Bank long time ago.
I hope you all will consider my suggestion
Thanks in advance.

I strongly and completely agree with Rezolles’s comment above. These matters are just common sense and important for track and trace purposes.

mmm ….. I’m used to visit the following page in the “old” portal, but in the new “look and feel”, I can’t seem to find it; though have been ‘flipping’ through each page of the menu options.

where could I find similar information in the new portal?
Thanks.

I’m sorry.. I think there is one thing lacking in the website - the search box -.
I don’t know about everyone else, but i like to have a search box. It’s a shortcut for me to find anything i want, rather than clicking on every single link there is.. But unfortunately, the new m2u site has none. I think there was on the previous m2u site.
Also i think we should have videos as the MAIN FAQ. Videos to help support explanations yes.. But not the main FAQ. And yeah, i think the help/FAQ section here needs working.. Please do that maybank. I’m tired of clicking on everything to find what i want..

i also agree with Rezolles’s comment above.

Hi Sam, the information you seek is located in the “Fund Rates” page at the new M2U portal. From the Home page, just go to “Investment & Insurance”, and under “Show me…”, click on “Fund rates” and it will lead you to the page you are looking for.
