So far, I like this service very much…very convenient! but would love it if Maybank can also make it available for top-up purchases, open bill payment, fund transfer etc. (not only favourite one)…Hope you guys can consider this…thanks!

I try to do transfer to MBB trird party account since yesterday…when i klik TAC request…i didnt get any reply..and when i logout…it shown TAC request successfull….please assist…i waited for more than 7 minute..before logout…normally just sfew minute i get the TAC reply thru my hp

Hi Jon, in normal circumstances, it should be the next working day before 12.00 midnight. So, that’ll be tonight. Nevertheless, since it’s involving transfers between banks via MEPS network, there could be a rare possibility of a slight delay to perhaps another day. Hope that helps. Thank you.

hi, suba here. well M2U on mobile is a great idea. with all the services add up, you could probably provide a message alert everytime there’s a deposit especially salary from the various government and non-government institution, or business associates where money doesn’t come in every month. it basically reduces the hassle of ppl going to the counter turning back without cash. waste of time and energy i guess.
and of course this service could be charged monthly or with every message, whichever convenient. thanks.

Hi! I just try to log in this website on march 2010.
After I check my statement I found it is not up to dated.
The statement only stated till December 2009.
Why it is happenned such?

Phil, Making an additional ASB investment via M2U is quite easy.
1. Login to M2U and click on ‘Investment’
2. Then click on ‘ASNB Unit Trust Additional Purchase’
3. Read and agree with the Terms and Conditions. Tick and click Next.
4. Enter amount, select account to be deducted, membership no and choose Amanah SAham Bumiputera under the dropdown menu of ‘Product Name’. Dont forget to apply for ‘TAC’. Click Continue.
5. Enter ‘TAC’ and click ‘Confirm’. Done!

Hi. I have a Nokia E72. Recently I try to log in to my Share trading by using my handphone and it is successful but i don’t know why i can not view the real time stock price. Can you tell me why?
Should I download some additional software in order to view the stock price or what should I do to view the price ?
I tarvel a lot due to working aorund the places from time to time therefore can I also buy or sell my share by using my handphone?
I am appreciate if you can advice on this issue.

Hi! Perplexed on how to proceed with paying bills via Maybank2u using non Maybank credit cards. Have added the credit card but cannot seems to find the option to pay using the credit card approved by Maybank. The credit card has been listed as active, however there is no option anywhere to add the credit card to a bill payment.
Help much obliged.

Hi, would appreciate if it will available for m2u online stocks as well. Besides, m2u online stocks only available for internet explorer, hope m2u can let online stocks available on other browser as well.
